Here at C3 we love families and we strive to create the environments where our children will be able to discover the love Jesus has for them, choose to follow Him, and learn how to live as Jesus would have them live impacting their relationships at home, at church, at school, in their community and around the world. And we do this in a fun, relevant, engaging and age-appropriate way!

During this unique time, worshiping together as a family provides the opportunity to grow spiritually together as you spend time leading your kids as they are learning about the power, presence and love of God. CCCKids Ministry wants to come alongside families as you figure out what these new patterns and habits of learning and growing together look like.

Because of the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we are currently meeting for in-person Sunday School every other week. In light of this, we are providing the resources for parents to spiritually lead and guide their child(ren).

We encourage families to worship together during our Sunday Zoom Services at 10 a.m.  We understand that this can be challenging for the younger set so we are providing discipleship resources via email and on our “CambridgeCommunityKID’S Families” Facebook page.

There are songs, lessons and follow-up activities for the children from Preschool- Preteens that are sent out/posted on Friday so that you can access them prior to the Zoom Service (and at any point throughout the week) with your child(ren).  We suggest parents lead their child(ren) through the material prior to our 10 a.m. Zoom Service, and then the children can watch the lesson and participate in the music again, or do the follow-up activity during the Sunday service time.  This allows parents to engage in the more adult-focused worship time.

Additional activities are posted on the Facebook page throughout the week to help give ideas for activities during this “shelter at home” time and hopefully help you grow together in a positive way.

To request this information for your family if you are currently not receiving it, or to receive the information to join our Sunday Zoom Service, please email info@cambridgecommunity.ca to be placed on our list.

our priority

We consider every child to be a gift from God and it is our honour and privilege to partner with your family in their spiritual development. Our children's/student programs are run by a team of volunteers who have been screened, completed a police check, and have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord.

We want every child to experience this saving relationship with Jesus Christ so we provide environments and use lesson materials that meet the physical, mental and spiritual stages of development of each child. Each age group builds on the previous foundations helping children transition through infancy to the young adult years by providing age-appropriate learning experiences. We want our children to love God, love His Word and apply it to their lives!

We look forward to building a relationship with your child and with you to equip them to live their life for Jesus!

  • nursery

The purpose of our Nursery Program is to provide a Christ-centred, safe, loving environment for your child. Our children have fun here!

Our Nursery has two rooms: Infants (Birth to approximately 12 months) and Toddlers. From birth, we begin teaching our children about the love of Jesus through the actions and care that our volunteers give and through Bible stories, poems, songs and age-appropriate activities.

  • Jr High

Sundays in our Junior High class are relationally focused and Bible based. Students begin by worshiping as a family upstairs and then being dismissed to their small group from the service. We meet three out of four Sundays allowing families to worship together for the full adult service on the other week.

Our volunteers present the Bible and its truths in relevant and applicable ways and the small group encourages discussion and full understanding so that they are empowered to share the love of God in their schools, community and impact the world for Him!

  • Sr high

Sundays in our Senior High class are lead by volunteers who want to see our students experience a life where they put God first. Our senior high students begin with worshiping as a family upstairs and then they are dismissed to their small group from the service. We meet two out of four Sundays allowing our senior highs to be involved in service opportunities on Sunday mornings and/or allowing families to worship together for the full adult service.

  • Grades 5&6

Our Preteens are encouraged each Sunday to "Take the Challenge" of following Christ in words, thoughts and actions. Their classes are fun-filled and Bible-focused. We use a curriculum called "The Edge" as we lead our Preteens to make the decision to know, love and follow Jesus by living out their faith. We want our preteens to be able to say:

I can trust God no matter what happens.

Jesus will help me to make wise choices in my life.

I choose to have Jesus as my personal Forever Friend.

Your preteen may occasionally join you in adult worship throughout the year. We feel that it is important for our preteens to experience adult church and for you to connect as a family in worship together. Your child will be informed in advance as to which Sundays will be “Adult Worship” and a sign will be placed on the classroom door that morning to remind them.

  • elevate

In this program our Junior Kindergarten-4th grade children get to experience their very own service with singing, prayer time, and grade-level small groups.

  • PReschool

Our Preschool 2's and 3's program is fun, interactive and filled with Bible story time, singing time, activity/craft time and play time all designed to meet your child's changing needs.

Your Preschooler child will have fun learning about Jesus and His love for him/her. Our goal is to creatively teach the Word of God so that it is understandable and applicable to even the youngest child. We want our Preschool children to leave being able to say:

    God made everything!

God loves me and hears me when I pray!

Jesus wants to be my Forever Friend.
